I replace my insoles very often (about 3 months) from playing badminton, I've tried insoles from $1035 trying to find out which one would fit my play style (dashing a lot and sudden stops).I bought this insole total of 3 times, the first 2 pair lasted 2-3 months, however, the most recent pair only lasted 1 month.Pro: budget friendly, semi-comfortable, doesn't skidCon: not too durable, the ball part of the insole is very thin due to gel padding at bottom, then foam, then cotton topper. It's always where the ball of foot at made a hole thru the insole. The size is larger than expected, I ordered a size 9 to fit my 9.5/10 shoes.
