I don't like to write reviews but these Tulis heel cups deserve praise. They greatly contributed to my ability to walk when I had plantar fasciitis. They relieve pressure on the heels and facilitate healing. I am a health care professional and started recommending these 30 years ago, before I myself had any foot problems. Now I keep them permanently in my regular walking shoes. This "So Soft" type fit my shoes better than the originals. I wear a womans size 8.5 shoe. I think the original type might fit a man's shoe better. I suggest experimenting to see which fit your shoes best. Well worth the money.
