Pain Free Finally! in my review

I suffer from a torn Achilles. The original doc suggested I wear a boot (two years ago). After a few months with no relief, I removed the boot and suffered with the pain. A month ago I visited an Orthopedic and Sports Medicine doc and he suggested heel cups to reduce the amount of stretching on my Achilles. Specifically, his assistant showed me this product. I bought them. I have been pain free ever since. I so wish someone would have suggested them a long time ago. I highly recommend these Tuli heel cups! My quality of life is dramatically improved!

They may not be effective for severe cases of plantar fasciitis
