My son has Sever’s Disease from playing sports. We got the all rubber ones (also on Walmart) from a podiatrist, and those provide more relief/support for the heal pain than these. The rubber ones are a pain to get them to fit well in your shoes, so these are much better for fit in the shoes. However, they don’t seem to provide as much support as the green rubber ones. So, if you are just looking for support and are not dealing with Sever’s or something else equally painful, these would probably work and they fit much better in shoes (you don’t have the sides of the cups falling down like you do with the all rubber ones). If you are dealing with Sever’s or something else painful, I would go with the green all-rubber ones by Tuli. The Tuli heal cups do provide much better support than any of the inserts we tried. Save on a doctors appointment and go ahead and get some Tuli heel cups at first sign of pain (don’t wait as the recovery can be much longer).
