My son was complaining about his ankles was hurting in certain shoes, The insoles provided support and comfort for his ankles and feet. I would purchase them again.

Great product and EXCELLENT customer service. KidSole really stands by their products. I had a problem with a pair of insoles that was mostly my fault (I cut them wrong), and the customer service representative was friendly and helpful. He sent a new pair out to me right away at no additional charge. These insoles finally make my girl's Chuck Taylors comfortable!

My daughter plays basketball daily. She loves this insoles because it gives her comfort and support she needs. However, it only lasts for 3 months. Holes start to appear on the top and heel area.

Take it with you to the store. I read the reviews bought it, put it in my daughter's shoe and it made them too tight. I wish the support were more trim. Had to buy another pair of shoes. Would not recommend for slim fitting shoes at all.

My 11 yr. Old son wears a 2.5 boys U.S shoes. These insoles fit Saucony cohesion 10 shoes precisely (no need to cut) . My son loves the shock absorption improvement. The purchase of the insoles were very confusing. The product advertisement did not use the standard method for determining the correct fit for his shoe. Most insole companies use shoe size to determine what product to choose, not children's age.

These are the second set of inserts my 11 year old daughter has tried for her Sever’s disease and flat feet. She said these are comfortable but she wishes they had a more significant arch support. She is using these for her athletic activities and isn’t complaining of any pain, but I will probably not buy these again and will continue to seek out supports similar to the powerstep one that we chose the first time.

Shipping and delivery is very fast, insole is good quality as described. Very comfortable. Size is in between 4 and 5, so need a little trim to fit in my daughter's size 3 shoes.

My son is really hard on his heels, we have tried many inserts for this soccer cleats and these have worked the best. He is still sometimes sore but a lot better.

The insoles were easy to trim to the right size for my child's shoes. The arch support seemed good, and the cushion in the whole insole was an improvement over the factory insoles in his slip-on shoes. However, my son found the lump under the heel and the bumps under the front of the foot to be uncomfortable. When I step on the insole I do not feel these bumps, but he is less than 60lbs and apparently they are not comfortable for him.

Comfort! My son put on his shoes with these inserts in place and exclaimed, "These are so comfortable! Way better than the original inserts!”

I purchased these for my son's New Balance running shoes as he pronates to the inside and has a tendency to roll his ankle when running. I replaced the NB insoles with these and my son LOVES them. He put them on and immediately went running - he says they are extremely comfortable. They appear to be well made and very durable. Will update after he's worn them for a few months.

Buyers be aware: it says the Insoles are up to size 6 but it is misleading. It is up to 4. The Insoles are nice though, just be aware of small sizing.

They're very comfortable - my son loves them and stopped complaining about his (new-ish) shoes, which had pretty cheap insoles. Taking off 2 stars because there's NO way these would fit a shoe larger than around a 4 (and I think that's misleading to buyers).
