I could tell when I unpackaged the shoes that they wouldn't fit right, and unfortunately I was correct. I bought the correct size (9.5) but it just didn't form to my foot well and created a very unstable & wobbly ankle. The heel itself felt high quality and sturdy but when put on, I didn't feel stable at all. Returned :/ Also worth noting the clasp is not as pictured and has to be messed with to even come together; the "tail" has to be tucked into the shoe and the whole process is just really awkward.
