I'm 6'4", 230 lbs, athletic build. I usually prefer regular fitting XL or XL Tall clothing. I ordered this Henley in XLT and it's a little thinner than I was hoping for. Still looks good but if it shrinks a lot in the wash I look like a Jersey Shore Extra.Addition: it shrinks a lot in the wash. Will have to order a size up. The quality of the stitching and fabric is good. The fabric is thick enough that I can easily wear it on cool autumn days. The buttons are sewn on well. The texture of the waffles is very comfortable, I like it .The color shown online matches the product I received very well.I would recommend going a size up if you don't want a tight fit.Other than that it's an excellent of value for money.
