I like that we can be able to access our payroll information at any time from anywhere in the world! The customer service is also great! We have some employees who are not as tech-savvy so it's nice they provide tutorials and help with anything needed. Sometimes when you're accessing your data through their website it takes awhile to load sometimes but other than that everything has been super easy! It would be helpful if there was an option of having more flexibility about how often we could log into our account. For example, being able to view pay stubs or check balances without logging out each day. Also, it'd be nice if there were options for different types of reports (e.g., employee only vs. all users). This helps us keep track of things easier.
