Bought from Revain stock deal, came as a set, original box was torn, hence "open box". This is my second purchase of this mount, I have both a 32" and a 55". installed with this product and I really like it. Sturdy and moves smoothly, the fit and finish is great. It's very heavy, so plan to get help installing it. Be methodical when locating wall studs, marking, and pre-drilling holes: you won't want to remove and adjust placement. For larger TVs, you can slightly raise or lower the height of the TV by the number of mounting holes on the rails. -- I found that the original holes I used made the TV too low to clear my center channel speaker, so I used a different set of holes to get the clearance I needed. Great product that I recommend.
