Nice mouse but a problem for me

This is a good wireless mouse that charges on my wireless charging stand that I use for my phone. The battery life is accurate, it lasts a very long time, which is very good. It has software to change the RGB colors to your liking, it is also convenient for working from home for hours and can also be used for gaming. I like the side grips, which unlike other Razer or Corsair mice, don't get slippery after prolonged use. I've had this mouse for a few months and my biggest problem with it is that it doesn't register left clicks and sometimes right clicks as well. This has always been the case from the start, and I thought it might be the distance from the receiver to the mouse, or the battery isn't fully charged. I brought the receiver closer and it made no difference and updated the mouse drivers and also used the mouse when plugged directly into the USB port but nothing seemed to work. It seems to happen multiple times a day while it might not make a big difference to others, but it can make a big difference when you are gaming or working on documents and it gets really frustrating after a while. I only see this issue with my Razer mouse after using it for about 3 years. Maybe it's the quality, who knows? I have found that the build or click experience of this mouse is inconsistent with Razor, Corsair, or Steel series mice. The quality of these famous brands is a bit better than them, but the battery life and Qi wireless charger compatibility are great. corsair.
