Very thick for pillows and bed sets

I would have expected more from a memory foam pillow. Having expanded after childbirth, it was very fat and did not give him much. The only way might be to sleep next to you. When you sleep on your back, your head rises. For this pillow to work for me, it needs to be twice as thin as it used to be.
