Strong, low profile, easy install

I have made a craft table for our home that folds up on the wall. The table top is 5/8" plywood for a sturdy worksurface but that means it is NOT light, so I needed something fairly strong t hold it in the up position but not so strong that we couldn't pull it back down. I put all three across the top and it works great! I'd buy them again

Pros

Holds cabinet door closed, not sure why it's rated 60 pounds, wouldn't lift a 20 pound weight

Cons

While the magnetic latch may keep the cabinet doors closed, it can also create a potential safety hazard for small children who may accidentally get their fingers caught in the magnetic mechanism
