Working but not 2000 watts

Came in good condition. I bought this to replace a modified 2000w sine wave inverter. The block worked fine. I tested it with my scope and it gives a clean sine wave (a bit noisy). I tested it with several power tools and it worked fine. I plugged in a 1500 watt heat gun and the meter was on the orange level, one bar off full. I drew 130 amps from the DC side (1560 watts). On my other unit, the LED only goes up about 2/3 (1500w on a 2000w inverter). Either the measuring device is not calibrated or actually only designed for 1600-1700 watts. I have not yet operated the inverter before the overload. Time will tell if it can withstand prolonged use. I will update this review as needed. I would have given a higher rating if the product was actually 2000 watts. In general it seems to be a decent device for the money so far.
