PROs: 1) Has two LEDs - green for no problems and red for warning when the appliance is off 2) All connectors have a channel for inserting wires (including earth). ) so you don't have to turn the screw. Cons: 1) No tape on load terminals. 2) The grounding screw is very tight 3) BIGGEST PROBLEM: The device worked for the two sessions I used it. The third time it worked and won't restart. I checked all connections - everything is fine, but the lock has not reset. This was only TWO days before I returned, so goodbye $13!
