Not a good fit for a quick Go-Pro release.
They are sturdy but unfortunately too short to securely hold True Go Pro quick release mounts. Instead, they shake, which isn't great for an action camera. Adds a lot of shake to my videos when used on a monopod. Some of my aftermarket mounts snapped in a little tighter, but one of them actually broke, leading to the discovery that most of my other mounts, including the Go-Pro mounts with the rubber insert, don't fit very well. I'll experiment with adding a piece of tape or whatever to see if I can get it to fit better. I'm not sending them back, but I wouldn't buy them again.
