Review on Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors 70mai External TPMS Sensor by Adam Kulesza ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall it's good but I expect more, there are some downsides.

In general, the thing is cool and necessary in the car. If with internal sensors. Different pros: Pressure and temperature are shown accurately, they signal a puncture of the wheel. It is convenient that they are wireless - you can install the socket anywhere on the front panel, it is charged from a solar battery. Different cons: They worked for 2.5 years and either the sensor died, or one communication channel - one wheel all the time shows pressure and positive temperature, although it is cold outside. Tried to change the battery, turn it off and on, all to no avail. In addition, I strongly do not recommend with external sensors. It’s normal in summer, but in winter, under the influence of chemicals that are poured over the roads, the sensors firmly stick to the valve, and nothing can be unscrewed. Twice I got it when I pierced the wheel and could not remove the sensors. In both cases, I had to cut out the valve at the tire fitting and install a new one. Now I will take only with internal sensors.
