So I can tell you the following: I purchased this product, had a problem and was reordered the same product (no refund). But the problem seems to lie in the rotten egg product itself. Here are some thoughts: The screen protector is good and fits the screen well. I wish they had a "screen alignment tool" as the screen is so big and a mistake can cost you money. I also felt that the fabric included in the kit left a few particles. Joy jar lids are pretty cute. The neon ones are bulky and the clear ones look very cheap and I don't think they really protect them. The system transparent case is my biggest complaint. It doesn't have a hard landing in the system. The area around the charging port is oddly cropped, allowing it to sag a bit (I'd say this is the most important area to protect). All in all, it's SOMETHING to protect my system...but I feel like there's something better out there.
