The item was well packaged and shipped on time. This item is beautifully made, the only downside is the button was not sewn in line with the rest (hence my 4 stars). Nonetheless, I would buy this item again. The shirt is very thick and perfect for cold weather. Wash in cold water on gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. The color doesn't bleed over the white tip and everything is holding up great. The brooch is detachable so for those who want to use it on their school uniform this would be perfect. My daughter only wears it with a brooch. I highly recommend this product. Also note that we have it in both gray and navy blue. Both are of the same quality, only one button is sewn on incorrectly.
