I like it because of its accuracy to find patients who are sick when they don't actually have any symptoms, or those whose sickness is false positives (that means that you need tests ordered by doctors after this kind of software has shown up a possible case). So easy way how physicians can get all cases data in one place without going into thousands folders around their offices/practices just with couple clicks at time saved from manual checking files which takes considerable amount of work hours spent doing so. I like its ability to give me options when it comes to my concerns, as well as the overall layout of the app itself. It's very intuitive and easy to use for anyone with basic medical knowledge, but can be confusing for those who aren't used to using an app that helps them with their health. We're trying to figure out how to get our patients in contact with us faster and keep them informed about what we're doing.
