I like how easy it was to setup my first environment using this software. It's very intuitive and has some of the best documentation out there! Some of their more complex functions or features are not as well documented (e.g., the'snowball' function). I like how easy it was getting started using this tool right out of Box! It really felt very intuitive as you use almost every feature at least once per week, which makes me comfortable in its usage overall (and helps when support staff are not available). I like how easy it was to use this toolkit compared to other tools out there in terms of ease of setup/use by our engineers who are not Data Scientists or Machine Learning experts but do have some coding experience (Python). It took us about 1 week before we realized what's missing! We were trying hard as well to get more features added into their product line up such as text analytics capabilities etc., however they seem very focused only at solving problems related to machine learning domain
