I like how easy it was to use this toolkit compared to other tools out there in terms of ease of setup/use by our engineers who are not Data Scientists or Machine Learning experts but do have some coding experience (Python).

It took us about 1 week before we realized what's missing! We were trying hard as well to get more features added into their product line up such as text analytics capabilities etc., however they seem very focused only at solving problems related to machine learning domain so far which makes sense given where most companies tend to spend money nowadays when looking towards AI solutions. However if you're just starting off then maybe give them another try since many things can be done without actually having to hire someone else fulltime to handle those tasks for you.
