Great platform if personalized messaging matters

Ambit helps us communicate consistently between in-company offices, contractors working in client sites, as well as our customers at all levels. It's been incredibly helpful for streamlining communication. Ambit's features are easy to use and they update it quite frequently so things improve very quickly. You can't customize everything and the lack of customization options has made some aspects a bit more time consuming. I wish we could have added more customized communication options. But…

Conversant Software Review - Great Tool For Customer Service

The best part of this software was its ability to interact in real time by talking through our website and making it more interactive for us as well as our clients. There were times when we would have liked some improvement like being able to send an email instead of having to call them back again but at least they are working towards improving their product so I'm sure there will be improvements soon! We have been using Ambit for over 3 years now and have found it to be very easy to use as well as effective at reaching our target market. The customer service has been excellent and I can always count on them when I need help.
