Brilliant tool that saves lots of money and helps team collaboration

I have been using kindly for over 2 years now in my role at work. It has helped me solve issues which would normally take hours or even weeks just through quick chats. This is fantastic! There isn't anything i dislike about it but there are some features we were expecting like being able to set reminders etc to remind you when something needs attention. If this was available then maybe they could improve upon what's currently out right? Just use them as soon as possible because once…

Excellent customer support tool that allows me respond quickly

It is very easy to integrate this bot into our CRM system! This Bot really helps us answer all inquiries via phone or online within minutes - no waiting times for hours anymore. There are some minor features which could be improved in future releases but overall it works perfectly well for what we use it for now. Integration time was quick and simple once setup! We have been able see an immediate return when people call requesting assistance at any given moment during working hour (8am-5pm).…

Great Solution For Remote Employees

I like how easy it is for our team members who are in remote locations (we have offices all over North America) to log into this service on any device or computer they might be using at home! This allows us to respond almost instantly to inquiries without having someone physically sitting next to them waiting to take action when needed. There really isn't anything we dislike about kindfully assist other than maybe some small changes could make things easier for new employees coming onboard but…
