Great Solution For Remote Employees

I like how easy it is for our team members who are in remote locations (we have offices all over North America) to log into this service on any device or computer they might be using at home! This allows us to respond almost instantly to inquiries without having someone physically sitting next to them waiting to take action when needed. There really isn't anything we dislike about kindfully assist other than maybe some small changes could make things easier for new employees coming onboard but overall everything has been great thus far!! We use it daily to answer basic general business related issues while allowing our teams time back productive instead of taking up valuable staff resources answering simple requests.

  • It's also very user friendly so anyone should feel comfortable navigating through even if their only experience was watching an infomercial once upon amonth ago
