Excellent customer support tool that allows me respond quickly

It is very easy to integrate this bot into our CRM system! This Bot really helps us answer all inquiries via phone or online within minutes - no waiting times for hours anymore. There are some minor features which could be improved in future releases but overall it works perfectly well for what we use it for now. Integration time was quick and simple once setup! We have been able see an immediate return when people call requesting assistance at any given moment during working hour (8am-5pm). Before this service it would always take several emails back and forth before someone came out to look etc., however after implementing this I noticed there were less calls received regarding issues around training programs etc where previously staff had needed to come out and sort things out themselves. Instead they receive feedback instantly about how the material looks / sounds etc. As you may imagine being unable to attend meetings when required has caused quite alot of confusion.

  • Customer Service team members will often feel more positive with their interaction if using these technology platforms instead as its so much easier than taking notes, recording them then typing up replies afterwards
