User friendly for both clients & agents

The features that are available to me as an agent user is great! It has made my job more efficient, I do not have to log into multiple different systems anymore. This platform simplifies communication with customers so we don't need to use email or phone calls anymore. They also offer live customer service which can be difficult when you're working in another country but it's definitely worth having a support person who lives close by just to answer questions if needed. Easy Setup and Great Customer Service Support

I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support (which is very helpful!), can be customized as needed with many different features available such automation of tasks/messages etc., all in one place! There are also some useful AI tools which make workflows more efficient & streamlined at times too - this helps save time overall when sending messages back-and forth between users or customers if you will :) It does require an initial investment but once set up everything runs…

Easy way for customer service and support

I like that we can have our own customised bots, which are easy to use as well! We've been able find ways of getting feedback from customers using avatars in chats with them so they feel more personal when dealing directly through it than email or phone calls would be - this helps greatly because some people don't want their emails read by anyone else (or even just being sent an automated response).
