Easy way for customer service and support

I like that we can have our own customised bots, which are easy to use as well! We've been able find ways of getting feedback from customers using avatars in chats with them so they feel more personal when dealing directly through it than email or phone calls would be - this helps greatly because some people don't want their emails read by anyone else (or even just being sent an automated response). Sometimes you need someone's attention quickly but aren;t sure if there is one person actually looking at your messages? This allows us quick access without having too many team members monitoring every single message going out all day long- sometimes things get lost/missed during busy times where everyone has other tasks etc., however since these conversations happen via bot instead its much easier now knowing whether something was seen straight away rather then waiting days before finding answers ourselves after trying multiple channels again &amp still no reply received!! It also means less time wasted responding back manually each.
