User friendly for both clients & agents

The features that are available to me as an agent user is great! It has made my job more efficient, I do not have to log into multiple different systems anymore. This platform simplifies communication with customers so we don't need to use email or phone calls anymore. They also offer live customer service which can be difficult when you're working in another country but it's definitely worth having a support person who lives close by just to answer questions if needed. We can create custom bots and they keep them updated automatically. If there's ever anything wrong, our team members will quickly address those issues through their system and resolve it right away. As an agent user, everything is done through this interface. From creating tasks to completing sales and billing processes, all of these things happen here.
