I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support (which is very helpful!), can be customized as needed with many different features available such automation of tasks/messages etc., all in one place! There are also some useful AI tools which make workflows more efficient & streamlined at times too - this helps save time overall when sending messages back-and forth between users or customers if you will :) It does require an initial investment but once set up everything runs smoothly without much maintenance required afterwards so not sure how costly its going end being compared against other options out there? But would recommend trying them first before making your decision because they do offer various packages depending upon what level package suits best within budget range / needs requirementsetc..
