I like how easy it was getting started using this tool right out of Box! It really felt very intuitive as you use almost every feature at least once per week, which makes me comfortable in its usage overall (and helps when support staff are not available).

Sometimes there's lag while trying access different features but nothing majorly frustrating or too annoying. We're solving some pretty interesting problems here so we've been able get quite far along without any serious issues yet other than minor bugs/lag times occasionally happening during our peak activity hours over weekends etc., no huge complaints about anything specifically just general ease & efficiency across multiple teams working together seamlessly throughout various platforms including web apps built by us + integration into Slack+ Google Apps Scripts+.
