I like how easy it was to setup my first environment using this software. It's very intuitive and has some of the best documentation out there! Some of their more complex functions or features are not as well documented (e.g., the'snowball' function). For example, you can't easily see what parameters need to be passed in order to use that feature. If you're looking into implementing machine learning models, go ahead and give them a try. They have great customer support that will help walk through any issues you may encounter along the way. We were able to train our own custom neural network and deploy it within minutes without having to hire expensive consultants.
