Review on ChangeAgain by Carl Durant

I like that they have a free plan and a paid plan. The free plan is great for testing and getting a feel for the product, but I quickly realized I needed to upgrade to a paid plan to get the full functionality. I also like that they have a live chat option, which is great for solving any problems that might arise. I also like that they have a lot of integrations, which is a huge plus. I don't dislike anything about ChangeAgain. I can't think of anything I dislike. I use ChangeAgain for A/B testing, and I also use it for surveys. It's a great tool for both of those things. I have been able to get feedback from my customers that I otherwise would have never gotten.
