The remote control does not sync with vest

I LOVED the strong binding of this vest. It was comfortable and the closures were strong, like a good backpack. Unfortunately, the console failed to sync, so the directional signals would sometimes turn on but not turn off. It wasn't safe to look like I was turning right all the time when I was driving left. I had to return the item
