Only Hyperflare is free when the light is off.

Easy to connect and install. It doesn't seem hot. They work great when the headlights are off, but when you turn them on you get a quick flash. Not as fast as Hyper, but about twice as fast as with the headlights off. 2007 Tundra (without daytime running lights). Still, it's easier to install than trying to sort the wires in the resistors.
