ordered one size larger then my waist fits great they make them longer then you need when you try them on sit in a chair and measure to bottom of your ankle that is where I cut 3.5 inches off they are about 38 inches long I where 32 inch long jeans I want them to sit at the bottom of my boots about 3.5 inches longer then my jean size 32 inches. I did not want them to short, that worked great for me hope that helps I used a sharpie and ruler and a good pair of scissors was easy to cut

Was unsure what size to order from reading prior reviews, some said size down, some said size up. I ordered my exact pant waist size (32). I'd I had to do again, I'd order one size larger, but I think these will break in nicely. Shipping was ridiculously fast! Ordered Sunday evening, package picked up by UPS yesterday morning in Philadelphia at 3:30am and was at my door in Florida yesterday evening at 6pm.

OMG. I love them. Nice soft. I ordered a size larger so the wist is loose and they are a Lil snug on thighs. But the leather is soft enough to give. Besides I can loose a couple pounds.

Initially the chaps were great. After a few weeks however, the snaps at the bottom of the legs have come off so i need to replace them with a better quality snap. Other than that, they are great.

I read a lot of reviews. Good and bad. I have no idea why there are any bad reviews. These are great! Fit great and great price.

They run small on the actual measurement vs. advertised. Go up a couple sizes so you don't end up wasting $$ or having to send them back. I'll have to have these altered to make a proper fit by adding elastic material at the thigh opening.Otherwise, they're decent quality leather and the lining is basic satin poly with no additional weight or warmth added. They're raw/unhemmed so you can tailor the length. Also found a pack of spare snaps in with them which was a nice touch.

The chaps are great ! I wish I would've gotten them a long time ago the quality is great too they fit over my jeans nicely the only thing is I'm a 33 in the waist so I had to get 34 and put another hole in the belt the 32 would have been to tight in the legs but not in the waist overall I'm happy with my chaps no more cold days for me

The chaps are of good leather. They do run large I had to return them because my husband wears a size 34 jeans- per the suggested size guide I ordered him a size larger (36). They were huge around the belt area and not as generous in the legs. (he has skinny legs) He will need a size 32 to fit the waist size and I'm not sure if they will fit around his legs. This is a product that would be best tried on in the store before buying. Although I have to say Walmart was Excellent in customer service

They’re nice quality but I ordered the largest size they make they fit my waist fine no problem even room to grow however they do not go around my thighs I had to have them tailored my Taylor put stretchy racing Material 4 inches wide at the top tapering down to a point and then I had to have the bottom cut off at the top snap because I guess they assume everybody who has a size 50 waist is 7 foot tall

We've been using these chaps for two seasons now. I think they're great for riding around town or for the commute to work. I don't recommend them for extended touring. We've used them for that purpose and found that rainstorms will leave your tenderest bits chapped in a different way. At this price, get them for your ride to work.

Good quality leather, zippers work well, extra length so you can trim to fit. Only wish the sizing chart was better. I bought the 40". My thighs are 26", and the chaps are quite tight. Hoping they will loosen up with use this summer. There's a lot of room for adjustment in the waist, so when in doubt, go a size or 2 bigger than you need.

Got these today, haven't wore them on a ride yet. I ordered according to the size chart and my thigh measurement was 23.5" but I measured 2" down from my groin where I prefer to wear my chaps. I'm 5'8" and 200 lbs (I am a more muscular build so people tend to think I only weigh around 180). I ordered a size 34 which is a 23" thigh (my pant size) and they fit tight through the thigh (could barely get them on at first) but leather does stretch a little. I wore them around the…

I had my doubt but when I got them and tried than on they fit perfectly.I where a size 33/34 to 34/34 jeans. And I ordered a size 34 they feel great and fit great. But I do wear a large knee brace on my knee and it's a snuggle fit but I love these.

Holy Crap. I wasn’t expecting to find this good a product. The leather is good quality. They are lined. They have a good weight o them and they fit like a glove. The sizing chart was spot on! They are a bit long but that’s what scissors are for. Fantastic buy for the money. I will buy from this vendor again.

My wife order these for herself, the fit is ok they do not have the stretch panel to help them give a little. Thanks for attention.

These are great, inexpensive, and well made. You do have to trim them with scissors, but that's true of every pair of chaps.

Very thick leather. Went on an all day bike rally/cruise and very comfortable. Can put these on solo, not needing someone elses help to zip them up. The zippers and snaps are not light duty. I wish I would have gotten one size bigger. I read to get one size larger than your waist size, and I did, but I wish I would have gone one more above that. I had to go out and buy some tight jeans in order to wear these properly. They look fantastic too!

So happy with these chaps. They run a little big but super comfy, soft. Seams and rivits are solid. I bought a pair for my son as well.

Needed to have additional rings put in for adjustment to fit wife but $20 later and cutting about 8 inches off the bottom.we were ready to ride.

If you are wearing these with nothing under them. Buy them one or two sizes smaller and let them stretch. I wear a 32 in levis and the 28 was snug, but after a few hours "working out " in them, they fit like a second skin. No dye on the skin or jock either. The waist is adjustable with the leather binding in the back.
