Review on R-Labor by John Bailey

The features are very simple yet it allows to monitor all employees for real time tracking, easy monitoring of work force at different locations or branches etc. It also offers real time analysis for managers as they can see how their team members have utilized during working hours/ non working hours. Nothing much I'd say, maybe some additional options could be added such as email notifications when an employee changes his status. There is nothing really I dislike about this software - though there may still be room for improvement in certain areas. However these minor issues do not affect me because i am happy with the basic functions - hence no need to worry! My company uses this software only so that we can view the performance of our workers who help us run out various operations in different fields and departments. This has helped me manage my resources better for production which means more profits for my company. We use it for tracking purpose but its many capabilities include HR data entry. Also we perform various tasks using it like; payroll calculation. For tracking purposes, its useful to know if your worker completed the task required.Also it enables you to track how long each worker takes to complete a task and help you calculate overtime if applicable.It also informs you what percentage The software is very user friendly as it has an easy to use interface, and you can easily navigate around the application. I have not found anything I dislike about this product. It has helped me with my work as I can monitor my employees in real time from anywhere. It also allows me to see their attendance status and leave balance easily. This tool has made working more productive as we are able to manage our employees efficiently.
