I like how it can be used with both internal & external resources, as well as multiple departments within one organization! It's not intuitive at all - there are too many things you have to learn/figure out in order to get your system up and running properly. You'd think that this would make their products more user friendly but instead they've made them even harder than other solutions (even those from larger companies). It helped manage our business's employees, their training etc., very easy to use (I think it does require some degree of experience but there are helpful tutorials available). In my opinion they should add more features as well such as timecard automation which has been beneficial in previous company that we have used before power erm was purchased by them. If you want something simple with few functions then definitely do not go elsewhere especially if your budget allows buying other products.

The ease of use was great! I did not have any issues with this product at all, in fact everything went very smoothly during our transition from H&R Block. Our previous system had been created by one person who no longer worked there so it wasn't as well set up or maintained. With the help of our consultant, we quickly learned how to navigate the interface and the system. The training was very thorough and well-presented. After implementing the system, we have found it to be very intuitive and easy to navigate. The reports are user friendly and provide us with the information we need to make informed decisions. It's easy enough that it could be used by anyone with minimal training, yet robust in its capabilities as well so any problems are solved quickly when they arise without being overwhelmed or confused about what features do exactly how you want them done! We've been able solve all our issues using this platform (and we have many!) - from basic HR needs like payroll/payroll processing & benefits enrollment through more complex requests such as onboarding new employees into their first day of work
