The ease of use was great! I did not have any issues with this product at all, in fact everything went very smoothly during our transition from H&R Block. Our previous system had been created by one person who no longer worked there so it wasn't as well set up or maintained. This new program not only makes life easier but also has some additional features that were perfect for us (such as time off requests). If you're considering switching over to another payroll service provider then definitely consider using power erm. I am able to submit my paychecks via email which helps keep track of things much more efficiently.
