I like how it can be used with both internal & external resources, as well as multiple departments within one organization! It's not intuitive at all - there are too many things you have to learn/figure out in order to get your system up and running properly. You'd think that this would make their products more user friendly but instead they've made them even harder than other solutions (even those from larger companies). If someone has experience using another solution or if you're just looking into these types of systems then go ahead. This will save time by having everything automated so no need to manually enter data every month. We also realized we were able to better track our employees hours which helped us avoid any overtime issues when billing clients. Also helps keep records straight since each department uses different information sources.
