I have several metal yard spinners but this is the first to advertise the multi-spin feature. Each pinwheel rotates, and the whole thing must also rotate around the pole. The center light is a nice addition too, but it takes quite a bit of sun to charge. Unfortunately, only turntables turn really well in the wind. The bar SHOULD allow circular rotation as well, but it's too tight on the lower parts to move well. Maybe in a hurricane it would overcome friction, but even in strong winds it doesn't move. Disappointing. Assembly is easy, the video on the website shows how everything is done from start to finish. One section of the rod is different, and that's the one that slides into the top mount of the spinner. The bottom has a three-pronged leg to dig into the bottom, but the legs really need to be wider to keep the lure upright and straight.
