I have used this product to care for my leather sofa for many years. The smell may fall off a bit when rubbed in. This is a natural product, so no fresheners are added to it. However, once the product is absorbed into the skin, you can no longer smell it. I love it because it's all natural and easy to use. Apply it with lots of elbow grease and I've been using it for years on a leather sofa with no stains etc.
