I don't have much experience with wigs (not really) but I do have experience with long hair and particularly long curly hair when it appeared. I needed this for a costume as I really didn't want to let my hair grow out and I needed one that looked the same length. So, that's the one I went with. After reading the reviews and seeing the photos I can say that it was really thick and fluffy and of course it was when I first tried it. After watching a few videos on how to make it more natural and wash it turned out to be like the first picture I attached. (Note: my own hair is black and the second photo is closer to the color of the wig. The first photo was just in a darker setting) In case you're interested, I shampooed it (it also removed the smell) and combed it , while it was damp, and conditioned it after I washed the soap off and let it air dry. Then as I put it back on, I moved the wig around until I could see my hairline, then combed my hair to blend it with the wig. I also tied most of the hair back to look like Thor's hair in World of Darkness to reduce the volume in the front. Is the wig fantastic? no Is it manageable for its price? Definitive.
