I wanted to love this chair. It's a lot bigger than it looks, but it was so comfortable at first. I'm 5ft 8" and even had to put it on the lowest setting so I could sit in it with my feet barely touching the ground. Don't worry - the pillow will completely rot in a week. I mean it's completely pointless. Save your money and get a cheaper chair without it because that's all there is. And now, after 3 weeks - it creaks when moving. So it's great for video conferencing. The only reason I'm not returning it is because it took weeks to ship and we're on the verge of being locked out again and I can't be without a chair. Just don't buy.
