Review on Certent Disclosure Management by Patrick Arnautov

Certent is a great tool for our organization. It's easy to navigate and use. There is nothing I dislike about Certent. I would like to see Certent integrate with other software that we use. I do not have any suggestions for improvements. Certent has been a great tool for us. It has helped our organization to comply with the reporting requirements for the SEC. Certent has been easy to use and navigate. It has helped us to be able to report to the SEC in a timely manner. The ability for us to get our financials together quickly as well as provide accurate information is very helpful when preparing reports or filings that are required by law (such as 10K's). There really isn't anything I dislike about this product other than it being relatively expensive compared to competitors products out there; however we have been able to use some features such as automated filing which has saved time while also providing better accuracy.
