Review on Revolutionize Your Oral Care with the Pyle Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush! by Daniel Murr

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great brush, charger has little room for improvement

This toothbrush does a great job, comparable to the much more expensive Sonicare toothbrush. If you're new to using ultrasonic toothbrushes, you'll quickly learn two things: first, put them in your mouth before you start (or you'll be scraping toothpaste off the wall), and second, my goodness, this thing tickles. ! Inside the box you'll find a toothbrush, a stand, two brush heads, and a (poorly translated) instruction manual. The toothbrush has three modes: normal (high frequency), whitening (very high frequency) and massage (alternating). All modes have a two minute timer. In addition, the brush will pause for a second every 30 seconds to remind you to transition from foreground to background, top to bottom, etc. This break is annoying me. When I first used the brush, I instinctively pulled it out of my mouth to find out why it had stopped. The brush went back to work, spreading toothpaste all over the bathroom. The charging base is my least favorite part of the toothbrush. The brush only seems to be held on a stand and isn't very reliable - a slight tap will knock it over. It would also be nice if there was a place to tuck the cord when not in use. Since the brush's battery lasts a very, very long time (weeks, which is a great feature by the way), I think I'll just keep the charger in my desk drawer. The brush is more stable if it just rests on the counter. Overall, this toothbrush does its job very well - ultrasonic cleaning. It's not very pretty and not very sophisticated, but the price is right. Another thing to consider is that replacement nibs are only available from Revain, so you'll need to plan ahead when purchasing new nibs. Also, toothbrushes aren't Pyle's flagship product (they're mostly focused on audio), so this toothbrush is at risk of being discontinued. If that happened, I think it would be very difficult to find new baits. I'm personally willing to take the risk for such a low price.
