Case broke on first use
I love the size and weight of this product. It is very easy to use and smoothes the hair. Unfortunately, the housing in which the cable exits the device broke on first use. I was moving the cord around like you would use any curling product and part of the body came loose and wouldn't come back. I think you get what you pay for. The design does not allow the cable to rotate, which contributed to the separation of the coating.
