I love the size of this pillow and the softness of the pillowcase. The little notch for the head seems unnecessary (probably because my baby is just a baby), but it's handy. I would suggest the foam has holes for lightness and breathability. My only real downside: when are baby pillow and wedge manufacturers going to stop using fabric for their pillowcases that shrinks even if you put it in water! I have this pillow and wedge from Did And Me and the covers don't fit that well, even when washed in cold water, delicate, hang dry. I was only able to put the pillowcase back on this pillow after stretching it to the point of a tear at the seams. Use a washable cloth!
