Ordered for work, large. I needed something for lunch and an umbrella (14 inches wide when folded), a makeup bag and everything else. Like it a lot! It has two inner pockets with zips plus an open pocket in between and also two for mobile phones, my iPhone 6 Plus fits in there well. The fabric is soft ok, the short straps are a bit uncomfortable to wear and may have to be worn on the side. You don't have to to use the long strap that is provided. I've been using it for about 2 months now and love it. Also, the two outer side pockets are great. The opening is a bit narrow but can be bypassed. the thread is visible, the long strap broke after 6 months. I think the straps are some kind of recycled material. The brushes have scattered. But I can't get another bag this size yet so I still carry this one and love that it fits so well.
