I've bought the same case and wallet set many times in the past and I love that it protects the screen if you drop it. For the first time, the colored faux leather part that snaps onto the phone has been separated from the plastic body. The quality has obviously gone down, as has the customer service. I provided my order number for a replacement and they gave me a link to all the cases except the one I bought which is a 12 Pro. They won't replace the whole case (I don't need and don't need a wallet replacement) they just make cases up to 11 just in case. Giving me an order link is useless as it doesn't fit my phone and I didn't buy it from the start. So far this has not been fixed and the time it takes to fix it is disappointing. Disappointed in the company he used to appreciate.
