The search is over! Over the past year I have bought about 10 pillows trying to find one that would help with neck and shoulder pain and stiffness. My husband laughs every time he sees a new pillow coming home. and it doesn't work for me. I bought a latex pillow before but it was so thick. I read and understood that thickness can vary and ordered this low loft. When I got it my first thought was that it was too thin. However, it was 3 nights and I am so happy! I mainly sleep on my back and side. I like it when I roll onto my side so I can manipulate the pillow to get me comfortable at the right height. I sling it a little over my shoulder and the alignment of my neck is perfect. Note: It has an odor on application, like my last one, but it goes away after a few days once aired out.
